Processing time Orders are ready to ship within the number of stated business days within the collection.  This does not include the time it takes for delivery of your product. 
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please understand I do not have control over your order once it leaves my small shop.  Shimmer In Gold LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. Please contact your delivery carrier with these issues. 

NOTE: If the wrong address is used when placing your order, please contact me immediately.  If your order has already shipped and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send. Always be sure to double check your shipping address.

    I gladly accept cancellations if requested within 6 hours from time of purchase

      I don't accept returns or exchanges for health safety reasons.

      But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


        All items are made in a smoke free home, with one hypoallergenic dog.

         An Update for Customers Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

        Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting our small shop community and country in an unprecedented way.  My goal is to remain open in effort to help support my family.   During this time I plan to have very limited releases as I adapt to our new schedules and practice social distancing.  Please know I will not work if myself or anyone in my family is feeling ill.
